When we fell in love with a dream in 2006, Arcovecchio was born in the heart of Lecce’s historic centre.
In the collective imagination of travellers and tourists in those years, Salento was not yet a desirable destination as it is today.
With our first structure, we thought of quality tourism as the natural vocation of this city and this land.
Continuing our project in the beating heart of Lecce, a jewel of Baroque architecture was born: Santacroce Luxury Rooms. Opposite the Basilica of Santa Croce, where the tender carved stone absorbs the light of the South, reflecting it on the street laden with the colours of the earth, we have consolidated what was our initial dream, to make welcome and hospitality our mission.

Suite, 300 meters from the sea, with a swimming pool and private outdoor spaces amidst the scents of the
Mediterranean maquis and the sound of Adriatic breezes. We have imagined and created a space for a
relaxing holiday with every comfort. Where holiday time acquires the simple and functional style of
modernity.
Ten years after our beginning, another dream comes forward. When we first saw it, in the Melendugno countryside on the road leading from the village to the sea at Torre dell’Orso, the old masseria of Borgo
Sentinella had already been abandoned for some time.
And this is how Borgo Sentinella became what we see and experience today: an avant-garde model of poor restoration and environmental sustainability, the dream of an alternative holiday, a place rich in history, stories and ‘soul’.
In Gallipoli: for us, another project, another challenge. For our guests, another opportunity.
The art of hospitality is also knowing how to offer different styles of holidays, in harmony with the places and designed and offered tailored to each guest. After the first years of great experience in Lecce and on the coast, we were looking for a new goal to achieve. And so Dimora San Giuseppe Hotel&SPA was born.
